How to keep yourself safe from novel coronovirus?
1.Wear masks outdoors
Wearing a mask is one of moest effective way to protect you from being infected.
Making sure to wear it properly by tightening up the nose clip and pulling the bottom of it over your chin so that your nose and mouth are both covered.
If you’re not feeling well or have symptoms such as fever, fatigue, cough and trouble breathing, a mask is also needed to prevent you from spreading viruses to others.
2.Cover your coughs and sneezes with tissue
Cover your mouth or nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze, or you can cough or sneeze into your sleeze, but avoid covering with your hands directly.
3.Wash your hands frequently and properly
*Before eating and after using the toliet;
*After returning home;
*After touching trash or garbage;

1 On the way to work
Wear a mask;
Go to work on foot or by bike;
Keep 1 to 2 meters on public transport.
2.When you arrive at the office
Please take the stairs if it is possible;
If you have to take the elevator, wear a mask and avoid touching items in the elevator.
3.In the office

(2)Disinfect public areas and objects each day;
(3)Frequently open windows and ventilate the air;
(4)Switch off central air-conditioning or switch to fresh air mode;

(6)Hold video conferences instead of face-to-face meetings.
4.At the mealtime
Avoid peak hours for dining;
Ask for takeout if it is possible;
Wash your hand before and after meals;
Avoid sitting face-to-face with others.
6.After work
Do not attend parties or group activities;
Do not go cinemas,karaoke bars or malls.
